FFC is headed by a board of volunteer parents that meet on a monthly bases to address the direction and support of FFC league. Help is always needed and a board position is just an arm raise away from being a spot for you! Each of the teams function independently. The team managers and coaches work together to decide on tournaments, sponsorship and finance management.

The team managers, assistant coaches and coaches can not all be from the same family and the coach and assistant coach can not be from the same family. 2 representatives from each team needs to attend the board meeting.
