FFC Registration |
| FFC holds registration as a year round event. As players move into the Franklin area or learn of the club and have an interest, the player can contact FFC to inquire about team availabilty. The players can then attend a team tryout session. Each team has different needs for players. So to start the process contact with the team manager is needed to determine interest. The league will work to review all interested kids and create teams as necessary. So start the process by contacting FFC League register. Registration Request In the body of the email provide parent name, child name, address and contact phone number. The register will contact you with additional information about the league and how to continue the process. The main times of the year for registration is January, May and August. The teams are associated with US Club soccer. To complete the registration process the player must register with US Club soccer. For insurance, league play and tournaments the US Club Medical waiver must be completed and turned into the team manager for your team. The US Club registration form can be found at: www.usclubsoccer.com under registration look for the youth player registration and medical treatment form. The team manager will also be send copy of the form for your use if you have trouble locating the form on the US Club site. A copy of birth certificate and small picture is required to complete the creation of the US club card. Electronic versions of the birth certificate is prefered. |
